Whether in my role as a mortgage originator where I strive for excellence in serving mortgage clients and referral partners or as a Branch Manager, serving my loan officers and support staff - servant leadership is my prime pursuit. I believe in contributing to my industry and the mortgage community and have served as President of the New Mexico Association of Mortgage Professionals. I have also taught continuing education and pre-licensing education courses to loan officers as a Certified Instructor. In addition, with a strong connection to the real estate community, I find it rewarding to provide certified continuing education to real estate agents as a certified NMREC Instructor and Course Provider. In my role as a Branch Manager, my goal is to build one of the finest mortgage loan teams in my market though illuminating individual strengths and helping my loan producers to create personal success.
