• Responsible for corporate supply chain operations, client communications, staffing and monitoring;• Assisted client contract negotiations, oversee revenue collection, monitored cash flow and prepare monthly andannual financial reports alongside the Finance Team, which are then reported directly to the CEO;• Led the initiative to launch Amour Ice Cream brand in two major cities in central India, namely Bhopal & Indore. This involved vendor and wholesaler negotiations, contract term communications, setting up of supplychain & staffing, tracking cash flow.• As a branching initiative, worked in adjacency with the marketing teams to handle offline branding and digital marketing in the new geographies. Responsibilities involved concept ideation, location scouting and eventualexecution;• Improvised organisational efficiency and internal operations by supporting in the design, development andimplementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system alongside respective teams such as IT,Finance & Supply Chain Teams;• Have constantly engaged in the company’s CSR and philanthropic programs to help and support community-building efforts.
