I'm a commercial HR person with experience in Organisation Design and Development, Learning & Development, Resourcing and HR Business Partnering. I'm at my best when I have a difficult problem to solve and can contribute directly to the success of a business.I particularly enjoy helping organisations through periods of change - growing, becoming more efficient, or a new strategic direction. I build strong trusted relationships with my stakeholders, mostly because I am curious about how business works and avoid traditional HR approaches.Outside of work I love to travel, walk my dog (Hugh) and find new beer to enjoy (Cicerone Certified Beer Server so happy to recommend!). I am not currently looking to purchase forex, crypto currency, update a PSL, attend a webinar, speak at a webinar or have a call about something else you want to sell me.
