    Director or Product Management (formally Senior Product Manager) at a start-up, initially focused on plug-ins for Adobe® Photoshop®. This was an interesting challenge starting at ground-zero. The plug-in market was all but dead and the products that where acquired to start the business where old and designed for a different customer. We rehabilitated them as well as created several new titles in my first few years. ON1 restarted the plug-in market by re-targeting it towards photographers. I was the sole product manager, program manager and user interface designer. Our next step was to consolidate these disparate plug-ins into a cohesive standalone application that could satisfy the needs of our current customers, while attracting new customers downstream. Today we on the sixth major revision of this product.We also branched out into mobile applications. Our first success, DSLR Camera Remote, allowed photographers to control their cameras from their iPhones. Our latest, PhotoVia, allows photographers to sync photos from their desktop to their mobile devices for sharing on the go. There have been many other titles across multiple platforms including tight integration across applications and platforms including AWS. Over the years I helped to envision, develop, market and sunset many titles. I helped transition the company to agile methodologies. I also had the opportunity to mentor leads, product managers and marcom staff.

This product line included dedicated Mac OS X and Windows clients, and server applications as well web, SQL Server and Oracle connection modules. By evaluating the competitors and making changes to the way the product was priced and packaged I was able to move the product up-stream to win larger deals and ultimately make the product line profitable.
