My role quickly grew to take on a second team and shortly after I was promoted to the Development Manager role to lead a new initiative to uplift DevOps practices across all MYOB delivery teams.• Successfully established a new division designed to accelerate and improve delivery across all MYOB software teams.• Reduced the turnaround time for the acquisition of production SSL certificates from 3 weeks, to 42 seconds.• Increased the operational compliance across all MYOB’s production systems by 11% in one quarter.• Led the successful launch of Slack across all engineering teams, helping teams to improve collaboration and communications.
