The team I assembled and lead created a new software delivery model that resulted in increased efficiency and reduced risk to the company, eliminating software delivery delays and cost overruns. Our product and process was eventually adopted across the enterprise as the strategic trade capture platform.Employed best of breed open source projects to streamline delivery of enhanced feature sets while minimizing maintenance costs, such as Spring Framework and Hibernate. Championed use of industry-standard project management tools, including Atlassian Jira and Confluence to encourage transparent communication. Instituted methodologies from Agile Development and applied continuous integration to ensure software quality.
