Led global team of 7 senior manufacturing engineers responsible for standardization of equipment and processes for 11 factories across 9 countries.

Led team of 9 assembly engineers in addition to existing team of 7 senior manufacturing team in delivering $3.6M factory-wide torque improvement project directly improving quality of product, employee safety, and establishing data tracking.

• Led 7 Russian assembly engineers from factory start-up to full production of multiple semi-knockdown products.• Delivered $4.49M start-up and $2.16M expansion projects under budget and on-time.• Achieved successful package, delivery, and launch of 40 product models with 9 culturally diverse vendors.

Guided 45 supervisors, assemblers, and maintenance personnel in meeting safety, quality, and delivery goals for large combines, large tractors, front-end equipment, industrial and forestry equipment.

Leadership included doubling combine production capacity, creation/implementation of a factory-wide business continuation plan, a new production weld training program, factory conversion to SAP, an all-inclusive factory labor resource model, and united the build/package/shipment of multiple combines to Russia for reassembly.
