Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to make “above the fold” type placements at the world’s leading law firms, often landing on The American Lawyer’s annual shortlist of the top lateral partner moves worldwide.I began recruiting partners in 2003 at Major Lindsey & Africa, where I founded the company’s partner recruiting practice in Southern California. Prior to recruiting, I practiced law with Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis.
