Here I was introduced to the restoration industry. As a field laborer, I was tasked with going to customers' homes and performing several assignments, such as water mitigation, fire and smoke cleaning, COVID-19 disinfecting, mold remediation, demolition, and containment of work areas. As time went on, I joined the other side of the company, the reconstruction department. I learned about installing drywall, siding, basic construction terminology and knowledge, etc.
