Architecting, designing and implementing a campus wide intranet using ADSL and LRE (Long Range Ethernet) and 100 Base T ethernet. Deploying 12 major softare applications to over 400 physicians in an Application Service Provider (ASP) environment. Building a data warehouse and other analysis software to accommodate the integration of these packages. Incorporating the hospital and other legacy systems into the network (MediTech). These systems will permit physicians to collaborate and provide a higher quality of care at Medical City. This system also involves deploying substantial Web technology. Included are interative web sites, data analysis web sites and e-commerce (for our co-op component). This network will support physicians at home, at the office and in the hospital. It will eventually process up to 10 mllion claims a year. Designing the network infrastructure and security policy to ensure compliance with HIPPA medical data security standards. This includes firewalls and password based paradigms. Recently deploying the same system in a Wide Area Network (Remote Local Area Network ) topology using an ATM lnetwork. Most recently, implemented a CITRIX access methodology to allow for multiple thin clients access to the multitude of applications. Future plans include the implementation of smart cards with limited patient information and utilization of biometric devices for security access.

INetSpace had four major customers and grossed over $3 Million in sales. The firm had incredible growth in its first years of operations. Responsible for business growth, vision and corporate direction. Developed a real estate management application for ATT Wireless. Developed a data warehouse for clinical outcomes for Physicians Data Corp servicing several hundred physicians and multiple pharmaceutical companies needs.

Opened and managed a $13 Million development operation. Grew the organization from zero to 41 engineers. Responsible for all business activities related to Titan Client/Server in Data Management. Responsibilities included hiring, purchasing, budgeting, planning, engineering and project management. General Manager for the Data Storage Group within Titan Storage Management. Member of IEEE steering committee for Mass Storage.Responsible for the Titan integration, consulting, and Object Oriented development activities in support of Prism, a subsidiary of BNR. Responsible for the software development activities of the Data Management Organization for GTE. Leveraging these activities to build Client/Server solutions for the commercial marketplace. Responsible for the development of Client/Server software to manage approximately 144 Terabytes of Enterprise data using Object Oriented design methodologies integrated with traditional database warehouse technologies such as Informix. Participated in the HSM architecture component of the MCI multi-media server. Managed the project team which architected the multi-media server for MCI. Responsible for development, support and maintenance of several data communications products: BSC 2780/3780, NTR, Honeywell 776, BSC3270. Development was done in assembler and a PASCAL like HPL. Development was done on an IBM 4341 using super-wylbur, IMPRESS and other IBM systems development products. Became familiar with IBM mainframe OS, networking and layered products.
