CurrentManufacturing Technical Support Specialist - Stamping Technology Division• Supporting about 300 users in multiple locations. Issues included: network connectivity, drive/server access, password and login script issues, printer and print job resolutions, and OS compatibilities with Network applications. R&D new design/CAD software for OS compatibility and integration. Planning and facilitation of current equipment standards as well as future product planning and implementation.• Hardware Troubleshooting: hard disk, motherboard, processor, and peripheral card failures. New hardware installations.• Software Troubleshooting: installation and maintenance of operating systems, office suites and vendor software.
