As the Director of Philanthropy at The Community House, I’m excited to embark on a new chapter in my career, focused on leading efforts that support a long-standing mission to enrich lives, build strong families, and create connected communities. After reflecting on my career direction and priorities, I recently decided to transition into this role that aligns with my passion for making a tangible impact through philanthropy and community leadership.With over 80 years of history, The Community House has positively impacted thousands of individuals in the western suburbs of Chicago through inclusive access to recreation, the arts, social outreach, education, and counseling services. In my role, I provide strategic direction for fundraising and relationship-building initiatives that amplify our mission.I work closely with our leadership team, board members, staff, and the wider community to drive initiatives in individual giving, corporate partnerships, major gifts, planned giving, and event fundraising. Together with an experienced Development Team, I execute comprehensive fundraising plans, develop cohesive marketing strategies, and cultivate long-lasting donor relationships.My goal is to continue expanding The Community House’s reach and resources, ensuring we remain a cornerstone of community enrichment for generations to come.
