Dan Hevesi is a senior executive with 25 years of experience working for premier alternative investment firms and in government. Mr. Hevesi is Executive Managing Director of Oak Branch Advisors, a leading provider of middle office solutions for investment managers, insurance companies and foundations trading across the spectrum of private credit asset classes. In addition, he serves as Managing Partner of Corillion Partners, a business development and advisory firm based in New York that specializes in financial services and public affairs. Previously, Dan Hevesi served as Director of Business Development for HedgeServ Corporation, driving new business for one of the largest and fastest growing global hedge fund administrators. Mr. Hevesi also served as Director of Business Development for Third Point LLC, a renowned, multi-billion event driven hedge fund, where he engineered a major build out of the firm’s institutional investor base. In addition, he founded Praetorian Securities, an SEC registered broker dealer that raised capital for prominent alternative investment funds, including Catterton Partners (now L Catterton), currently the largest consumer-focused private equity firm in the world. Earlier in his career, Dan Hevesi served as the youngest elected state senator in New York State, sitting on the Senate Finance Committee and authoring several laws. He began his career in government as Director of Management Analysis for the Office of the Queens Borough President. Mr. Hevesi received his Master of Public Policy from Columbia University’s School of International & Public Affairs. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Queens College of the City University of New York.
