- Worked alongside Director of Talent & People to support pipeline development, candidate flow and candidate experience- Executed outbound Talent outreach utilizing LinkedIn, email and other social channels as well as managing inbound flow of candidates, doubling company headcount from 25 to 50 employees- Supported efforts to provide a best in class experience for talent such as scheduling and coordinating calls/interviews//assignments and greeting candidates onsite- Collaborated with Operations Manager to create a positive onboarding experience for new hires

- Created and managed med-tech startup’s first training and onboarding program, evolving onboarding and training sessions from one day to two weeks in length- Managed the Onboarding process for all new hires by introducing them to company values, history, mission and creating and executing their individual training plans- Assisted with placement of new hires on respective teams based on recruiter feedback and training sessions- Supervised team of initially 10 growing to over 50 employees while liaising with proper line managers in New York office as most senior manager present in Dallas office
