I have the honor of managing two high-performing, specialist teams: The Solutions Architecture team provides internal and customer-facing support, both pre- and post- sale, on a variety of technical topics including enterprise architectures, integrations, security, and governance. Solutions Architects have deep product and industry knowledge, allowing us craft targeted architectural solutions that serve the varying needs of our customer base.The Resident Consultants provide strategic guidance to some of our largest customers. This includes advisory on topics like establishing COE’s and governance frameworks, as well as white-glove support on technical implementations.

I provide pre-sales consulting to clients focused on analytic application development/integration, server architectures and implementation, and analytic data platforms. I also provide escalated technical support to a variety of consultants and internal teams, partner enablement, and work closely with Product Development on customer experience and product direction.I've produced and delivered internal enablement for technical associates (SE's/CSM's), and accelerate go-to-market activites by running beta programs, producing technical positioning and architectural documents/whitepapers, and through field enablement.

I develop custom geo-spatial and business intelligence (BI) applications, primarily for large enterprise clients. Our applications typically provide demographic analysis, location planning, spatial processing, "big data" pre-processing, traditional ETL, consumer behavior/profiling, and predictive analytics. We have provided a variety of custom solutions built on standard demographic data including AGS, Experian, STI, Claritas and TomTom data, often in combination with client data. I build business logic workflows to solve client-specific problems across a range of industries, primarily using the Alteryx platform. This may include data/spatial processing, custom reporting building, front end development, project estimation, client relationship management, POC and pre-sales activities, and configuration/release management. Our solutions typically integrate with a variety of other tool sets, including Tableau, R statistical modelling, and various database platforms (MS SQL / Oracle / Hadoop / Mongo DB / Salesforce). I have been technical lead on dozens of projects for Fortune 500 clients, including clients in retail, finance, marketing, health care, hospitality and real estate, and have helped develop long-standing relationships with some of our largest customers.

Worked as lead developer for a technical team responsible for the development and maintenance of multiple e-commerce platforms across multiple channels. Duties included application architecture, application security, domain/SSL management, source and content management, 3rd party tool integration, custom server-side CFML development, organic search engine optimization (SEO), and technical project management. Our applications primarily consisted of XHTML/javascript/CSS front end, load-balanced Coldfusion web application tier, and MSSQL backend integrated with internally-facing business systems (including inventory, shipping management and pricing models). Our e-commerce applications produced approx. $80,000/wk of revenue from approx. 60,000 unique visitors.

I've developed a variety of contract websites for small to medium-sized institutions. Clients have spanned a variety of industry verticals including online retail, political/electoral organizations, health care, media agencies, and labor unions. I can handle all aspects of custom site development cycle including information architecture, graphic design, content management, social media integration, database design, and hosting configuration. Typical implementations involve XHTML/CSS/JS front end, PHP or CFML scripting, and a MYSQL database backend.

Developed internal and external web applications in support of the academic programs within the Division of Continuing Education. Projects I was heavily involved with included: development of an web-based email management system for the Center for Advanced Engineering Technology Education program, a redesign of the International English Center website, and development of an Intranet supporting scheduling/document management/internal communication, and the management of a custom CMS for the main Division website.
