This is my learning journey, to improve my skills and capabilities, as well as prepare myself to become a software developer. I believe self-study and self-motivation are two of the most important skills anyone should possess to achieve their goals. With that in mind, I have learned new technologies and developed many projects that I am passionate about.Things I have achieved:• Developed Dyscroller - a Chrome Extension that helps fight procrastination, helping the users stay focused and prevent distraction. This project is completed during the Coding with Lewis Hackathon. Duration: 1 month.• Developed Webmailer - a full-stack analytic tool that helps users monitor their website statistics and visitors. All statistical analytics will be sent to users' email, making managing and viewing extremely easy and convenient. Duration: 2 months.• Created my personal website with real-time data fetching about my recent activities on Github and Leetcode via their APIs. Duration: 2 months.New skills I have acquired:• ReactJS - a popular and efficient library for client-side web development.• Angular - a web framework developed by Google, making creating single-page applications extremely easy.• PHP - a server-side scripting programming language, used by more than 80% of the websites on the internet, learning this allows me to be able to maintain and continue developing many projects from their legacy code. • Docker - application containerization, standard for building, testing and deploying software applications. • CI/CD - design and create automated testing and automated deployment pipeline, allowing the software development process to be extremely faster, more secure, safer, and more efficient.• Wordpress - Extremely convenient and fast solutions for small-medium scale websites, suitable for creating solutions for businesses to effectively showcase themselves on the world-wide-web.• And many more…!
