As the CIO of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, I have the privilege of being at the crossroads of technology and arts and culture. Our organization believes in providing something for everyone, whether it’s a show on stage, a gallery, or a festival. Every day, I get to solve unique challenges that come my way. The Trust brings in almost 2 million people to downtown Pittsburgh every year and is an economic catalyst and a driving force for the arts in Pittsburgh.Our technology blueprint has become increasingly complex across our 14-block campus. As early adopters of cloud-based technology, we have experienced the changing landscape in IT over the years. We have leveraged the cloud, machine learning and A.I, large display technology and even virtual reality as the organization continues to change and grow.
