A Bournemouth based Property Investor.We began to invest in Property in March 2020, where we successfully increased the value of our first property by £35,000 within 6 months and have experience in refinancing.In 2021 we purchased a further two properties, both holiday let’s, both using the Buy-Refurb-Refinance model.Following investing into our own education, we are now working on building a property pipeline and we can now offer fixed rate returns to investors who wish to increase their savings pot whilst being completely hands-off.
