Regional Manager, Operations Service Support
Current■ Leverage extensive experience to maximize efficiency in the network by collaborating with customers and developing a new CRM tool for OSS with Sales Force■ Expertly monitor all personnel and activity across the Northern Region, coordinating nine managers and 40 unionized employees to ensure that all operations are performed efficiently■ Maintain constant compliance with the Interstate Commerce Commission, Federal Railroad Administration, and all other local regulations and service orders■ Coordinate directly with government agencies and customers■ Optimize data quality on all regional traffic by expediting training and technical support■ Control the budget, implementations, and maintenance operations across the Northern Region
