Responsible for the in-processing, professional conduct, and training attendance for over 900 sailors and Marines annually through 13 different US Army schools located on Ft Benning. Managed the professional development of 8 Marine instructors teaching at US Army Schools. Guest instructor at US Army Ranger School and Reconnaissance Surveillance Leadership Course. Served as the Anti-Terrorism officer for the Marine Corps Detachment as well managed numerous projects for the commander.

Camp Lejeuene, Nc

Serve as senior enlisted advisor to the Detachment commander for the tactical employment of reconnaissance Marines to Moron, Spain, and Sigonella, Italy on the first ever Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force- Crisis Response. Responsible for coordinating logistics and sustainment for over 200 Marines and Sailors as well as advising the SPMAGTF-CR commander on the tactical employment of reconnaissance forces. Developed standard operating procedures, insertion techniques, and command and control techniques for use with the aviation command element that included fixed-wing and tilt-rotor aircraft. Planned, and supervised the successful execution of multiple detachment training events that were far outside the Detachments usual skill sets. Mentor to over 200 combat experienced Marines and Sailors. Responsible for logistical and combat equipment worth $12 million dollars. Coordinated efforts on a daily basis with numerous joint and international higher commands for training and combat readiness.

Serve as senior enlisted advisor to the Company commander for all matters of logistics in support of the Companies rigorous training and deployment schedule. Coordinate the efforts of multiple internal and external agencies including transportation, supply, communications, maintenance, medical, and food services in order to ensure timely and adequate support. Conduct detailed planning necessary to support the execution of sustained operations for personnel, equipment, and material at multiple locations simultaneously. Mentored senior level officers and NCO’s on reconnaissance operations. Planned and coordinated all logistical support for multiple Company and Platoon deployments and certification exercises. Served as the subject matter expert for numerous high-risk training evolutions to include HALO/HAHO parachuting, Dive operations, and live fire and explosive training evolutions.

Serve as senior enlisted advisor to the MEU commander on all facets of reconnaissance operations and the tactical employment of the platoon. Managed the training and employment of the newly formed Maritime Raid Force. Coordinated multiple off-site training packages with inter-service and international training locations and partners. Mentored mid-level officers and NCO’s on reconnaissance operations. Planned and coordinated all logistical support for multiple platoon deployments and certification exercises. Served as the subject matter expert for numerous high-risk training evolutions to include HALO/HAHO parachuting, Dive operations, and live fire and explosive training evolutions.
