As a brand new business, I oversee the day to day operations of Great Day Personal Training, a private personal training studio in Henrietta, NY. My responsibilities include payroll, facilities management, HR, as well as branding, marketing, and web presence.

As a Personal Trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise since 2016, I work with clients in a one on one setting at Great Day Personal Training, a private personal training studio. Through assessments and discussions, I work closely with clients to develop a customized plan to work towards their wellness goals.

Taking on the role of obtaining, creating, and managing graphics for RIT Certified at Rochester Institute of Technology. This new initiative will focus on training for skills in the workplace and my role will work with the marketing team and the learning team to develop and implement graphics for branding, advertising, and educational elements.

My graphic design services are available on a freelance basis for projects ranging from logo design to brand refresh initiatives. I have worked with local theatre companies, podcasts, wellness companies, and much more.

My responsibilities involved maintaining the website, social media, photography, graphic design, and video production for Max Effort Training. In addition, I also coordinate, design, write, and schedule all email campaigns to our current client base; write messaging for videos, flyers, websites, and any other media that may be required. I also work as the administrator for our email and website systems.

Working with clients in a one-on-one personal training environment and in customized class settings, I am able to provide guidance and motivation to help individuals reach their fitness goals. Customized, individualized training incorporating all aspects of fitness and wellness including cardiovascular activity, resistance/strength training, nutrition/diet, stress relief, flexibility/mobility, and many other components.
