The U&CP Team Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, and analysis of university student programming. The focus of this position is on supporting the various undergraduate internship programs and leading the Argonne Student STEM Ambassador (SSA) program.

- Spearheaded Student Ambassadors at ANL program, hiring and training a diverse group of 9 students whose outreach has provided over 50+ hours of service to their community and schools. - Conducted research and longitudinal data analysis of 2 individual programs over two years with 540 users, identifying program-to-internship pipeline success of 75%. - Analyzed 50 question internship experience survey of 150 students, including data collection, cleaning, and evaluation. Presented findings to the Institutional Partnerships intra-organization on pain points in student experience and the programming impact on student success.- Reconstructed Python data science materials and tutorials for outreach programs for underrepresented minorities and women in STEM. - Designed new pre-post internship surveys for Fall, Spring, and Summer cohorts through Workday which identified new insights on the student experience and improved response rates by 42%.

Undergraduate Research Assistant for the B.A.B Lab and B.E.A.R Lab. - Responsible for mapping and organizing data sets in a 3-year longitudinal study using R, analyzing tape using FIMS (Family-Interaction-Macro-coding-System) measures, creating and presenting on past work experience and research in the field in weekly lab meetings. - Developed 5+ custom R-scripts to process complex behavioral data into summarizable statistics from various psychological assessments within an experimental setting.- Delivering a psychological study involving stress and race-based stressors and their influence on test scores and negative feedback. Pursuing literature reviews and searching to pinpoint gaps in current research.- Oversaw screening and recruitment of over 30 participants to study, coordinated with other RA’s to ensure a study completion rate of 100% success and proper handling and collection of PII after each study.

- Assisted doctors and office staff in general tasks and projects. - Restructured essential tools used in neuropsychological assessment under the direction of licensed clinical doctors. - Undertook special projects throughout the internship period. - Digitized and cleaned physical records using Excel and Adobe Suite. - Learned the diagnostic measures used in various cases in clinical psychology.

- Undertook 12-week independent research project from conceptualization to data analysis. - Presented research findings at the WDTS research symposium and contributed to the outstanding literature in the Persistence Control focus area.

- Responsible for running one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions with child and adolescent clients in their homes during the COVID-19 pandemic.- Executed behavioral change plans and trials designed to identify and reduce problem behaviors inclients as well as collecting and analyzing behavioral data throughout sessions while following COVID-19 guidelines, leading to an average session goal completion rate of 98% and a 60% reduction inproblem behavior over one year with my clients.- Extensive honing of analytical skills, organizational skills, and collaboration in a team setting with other RBTs, supervisory BCBA, and parents throughout the training process and general therapy.
