As a dedicated Product Representative at Dexcom, I am passionate about empowering individuals with diabetes through innovative, cutting-edge continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology. With a strong background in technical support and communication, I work closely with healthcare providers and end-users to drive awareness, adoption, and satisfaction for Dexcom’s products.I am also pursuing an associate's degree in Leadership and Social Network Organization at GEA College, where I learn about the theory and practice of leading and managing social and organizational networks. I am interested in how social media, digital tools, and online communities can foster collaboration, innovation, and social change. I have applied some of the concepts and skills from my studies to my current and previous roles, such as creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners, and using feedback and data to improve processes and outcomes.
