Ex-developer with 10+ years of experience with a huge need of helping people and make things easier for those around me. At some point I decided I had to move from Tech to the Dark Side (Management) to achieve this goal. I became Release Manager first, in charge of release calendar and delivery processes in the company to get high quality/low risk deployments. My need to get closer to people encouraged me to jump from this to Technical Project Manager and lately to Engineering Manager, position that gives me the chance to grow in both, technical and people’s care aspects.
