Initially started as Product Delivery Manager, Scrum Master and interim Product Owner of PAM & Gaming Teams. I was in charge of storification, product backlog prioritization, analysis of new features and customer requirements. Ensuring all SCRUM ceremonies happened and delivery was according to high quality standards within the company.After 6 months I was proposed to join MPS Core team, the team responsible for implementation and support/maintenance of main architectural components in OptimaMGS. Later this proposal was extended to lead MPS QA team as well.I work with Core and QA (a team of 12+ people) on a daily basis facilitating them anything they might require out of their teams. I am also in charge of measuring teams' velocity, helping them to become more agile, increasing their producticity, personal satisfaction and the value they generate on every iteration. As Release managers I was responsible for the release management lifecycle, focusing on ensuring that resources, timelines, and the overall quality of the process were all considered and accounted for.Main tasks and responsibilities during this period:- Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.- Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases were delivered on time and that they meet or exceed expectations.- Communicate key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.- Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams.- Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.- Weekly Release Reporting- Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required.- Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities- Work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code merges- Maintain the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.- Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.- Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks

As a .NET C# Senior developer and Casino Integration Team Lead I was working across all phases involving the landing of a new casino provider integration. From requirements’ analysis to Customer’s delivery. Across those 3 years, I became responsible of main website projects in the company as well as CMS and .NET server side midtier for content and transaction management.
