Current- Served as a Functional Lead for a custom-built ecommerce solution to allow customers to view/manage their accounts and their financial relationships through an online platform built on top of SAP Hybris for an agricultural company; responsibilities included conducting roadmapping workshops, developing detailed business requirements to implement the solution, assessing business value metrics for features delivered, providing agile points of views to educate the client in agile delivery processes- Served as a Functional Lead for a media and entertainment company conducting an assessment providing the detailed resourcing requirements and governance plan to deliver a program in a scaled agile fashion- Served as a Functional Lead of a global EY initiative to standardize client delivery methodology, tools, and processes for technology/digital opportunities and engagements in the Technology Consulting practice; led a team to develop and deliver over 300+ pages of detailed thought leadership and frameworks to enable EY consultants to deliver their agile engagements successfully and seamlessly- Served as a Functional Lead for a ghost kitchen digital business launching with a series of new brands and product offerings; led a workstream under restaurant operations management focusing on the definition of future state business processes and business requirements to achieve the desired future state for operations and customer experience. This included consideration of kitchen operations, facility operations, user experience, etc.- Served as the Engagement Manager and Functional Lead for a web analytics engagement focused on conducting a current state analytics maturity assessment of a digital transformation program for an agricultural company identifying Adobe web analytics requirements to track user behavior within the product and identifying KPI requirements to support business goals
