Current job responsibilities:- Project Readiness Assessment: Assess the maturity of project management controls and delivery capabilities along with a review of the business case and strategy.- On-going Monitoring of Project Performance: Conduct independent reviews to ensure the ongoing commercial viability of a project.- Detailed project reviews: Provide an independent view on the project's current performance with a focus on schedule, cost, quality, risk and other contractual issues- Project Delay Analysis: Utilize various schedule analytic tools and methods to establish project timelines, causes of delays and impact of these delays in terms of cost and time- Dispute Support Services: Overlook dispute or arbitration strategy development, from assessing the strength and weaknesses of claims through to quantum and schedule analysis.- Portfolio Risk Assessment Services: Assess project portfolios, contracts and project risks and provide solutions through assessment, modelling, and review of risk mitigation.- Project Due Diligence: Conduct high level appraisal of project performance to give key indicators of project metrics- Contract reviews / cost recovery: Undertake detailed contract reviews in order to check for contractual compliance as well as identify potential opportunities for cost recovery.
