Store Process Program Manager
CurrentIntroduced and ran point for Store Process Certification in 3 Austin Bakery teams and eventually went on to lead implementation for all Bakery and Prepared Foods teams in the Region by setting up metro trainings, travel plans, and coordinating phased roll-out and Certifications. Developed vast technical and sound understanding of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) of 9 store teams throughout 3 year experience, assisting the Region in implementing and developing SOP execution and Store Certifications. Built relationships and partnered with Global, Regional, Store and Team Leadership and Team Members on Store Process updates and in-store support.Educated and trained TMs and Peers through new process changes, expectations, guidelines, and best practices needed to achieve Store Process Certification.Currently acting as Co-Regional Point for high level Global/Amazon project - Item Location in all stores.
