As part of the centralized Learning and Development Team for Veterans United, I work within People Services to support business units and affiliated organizations with digital learning and designed experiences. Our learning experiences involve blended learning initiatives on topics such as business processes, change management, software training, customer service skills, new-hire onboarding, diversity, inclusion, social impact, personal and professional development, fundamentals of real estate, home financing with the VA loan, and more.I work individually and collaboratively to design, develop, and deploy eLearning programs using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond to train new and existing employees. A part of that collaboration includes giving big-picture and detailed feedback to team members to increase skill development and improve the quality and consistency of our projects, including directly managing a graphic design intern.I assist with scoping and managing projects, including my own and ones that will be assigned to other teammates. I have managed several whole-team, company-wide projects including leading our recent Compliance process revision by researching new software, writing process documents, managing team members and timelines, and working closely with Subject Matter Experts to decrease our Compliance failure rate by 87.5%.I enable in-person trainers throughout the company to develop their own eLearning solutions by instructing them on how to build courses in Articulate Rise through meeting one-on-one, creating process documents and templates, and building courses on basic adult online learning best practices.In all my work, I strive to develop and promote human-centered design and UX best practices in digital learning.

I work with the digital and fundraising committees to design materials as needed including logos, t-shirts, posters, and other collateral material for events.

I collaborated with fellow volunteers and created graphic design assets to support the strategic objectives of the organization by building awareness, engaging the community, and planning public fundraising events

I worked with fellow Strategic Communication students to develop a professional, fully-integrated marketing, advertising, and public relations campaign targeted at the young adult demographic for the Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies. My primary responsibilities included collaborating with the strategy team on campaign strategy development, leading the creative team, and working closely with the Art Director on all visual elements of our campaign, planbook, and client presentation.

I worked as a teaching assistant for the lab section of Introduction to Strategic Writing and Design. I was responsible for teaching new Strategic Communication students basic Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign skills, and facilitating students' brand redesign and campaign team projects by offering constructive feedback on each team's creative briefs, concepts, logos and ads.

I worked as a general humanities tutor and was responsible for instructing students in individual and group settings on various humanities including history, psychology, government, philosophy, writing, and music fundamentals.
