Across each sector and stage I was responsible for all aspects in launch planning, execution, deliverables, forecasts, growth and ultimately success. Realising all possible sales avenues e-commerce development and management right down to the fulfilment and logistics, managing agencies or directly overseeing brands’ online and social media campaigns through strategic marketing programmes, NPD, education, shelf space and retailer support negotiation while not forgetting ensuring all elements for bricks and mortar retailers and sales agents right down to logistics performance and delivery were met, which ensured successful brand launches with major UK retailers. The position required a more in-depth brand analysis along with a stronger focus on sales targets and objectives to be established, managed and met. Alongside the day to day sales development, I was instructed by the CEO of the Group to focus on then the newest arm of the HCT offering, makeup brushes & accessories. I was accountable for both the development and sales of the brush business within Europe, and one which I grew from zero to £300k T/O within the first three months of trading.Managing a team of project managers ensuring targets and timings were met, quality and client expectations also managed. One of a small team our skill sets were varied and encompassed reviewing and approving technical drawings, providing quotes, raising purchase orders, raising invoices, creating and managing timelines/CPA’s, sourcing internal and external solutions to packaging/product, managing multi-faceted projects from UK, Scandinavian and Spanish customers from start to finish, covering all elements of beauty packaging, in each stage of the product life-cycle.
