Bikers legal Defence Ltd was is a FCA Regulated business and working in the Insurance vertical. With 6 centres nationwide and 350 staff, the business had a turn over circa £65m per year and was regarded as the industry leader in the motorcycle claims management space. Clients included LV=, AXA, Aviva and Bankstone, with 20% of the business operating in the retail arena.I was employed with in the IT Department as a Business Analyst and Change Manager. My specific duties included:• Developing requirement and delivering user stories for a new bespoke system.• Specifying unique, departmental use cases, gathering requirements from a variety of stakeholders including senior board level management through to front line staff.• Analysis of the business value and sponsorship of the requirement• Working as part of SRUM teams as the business analysis.• Using the Fibonacci planning poker estimation techniques.• User experience design for use by system developers through workflows and wire framing (Balsamiq)• User acceptance testing before go live.• Defining data sets for use within the company BI tools (Tableau)• Creation and user adoption of report visualisation. • Documentation of user manuals.• Training and support assistance to all levels of the business.
