Oversaw pet boarding and pet grooming departments at a large, new veterinary hospital. Developed pricing, SOPs and insured the safety of hospitalized pets. Managed a team of eleven people and developed training protocol as well as onboarding for new employees. Developed systems for everyday operations as well as staff management and success at a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital.

Oversaw multiple projects in a radiological chem lab including three U.S. Navy Superfund sites. Managed, edited, and submitted data reports and ensured quality assurance of high-level data reports before final distribution. Provided excellent customer service by resolving discrepancies, responding to inquiries, and guiding customers through data reports as thoroughly and quickly as possible. Acted as a liaison between customers, radiological labs, chemical labs, sample receiving, and sample prep departments. Improved team communication by fostering a transparent and safe environment.

Led a high-volume grooming start-up to stable growth and significant profits one year after opening, wherein we became the 2nd most profitable franchise in the company.
