I am currently working as a manager at Nascot Arms pub where I am responsible for service of drinks in the restaurant, training new staff, organising the staff rota, changing barrels, locking up the pub at the end of the night and cashing off the tills. I deal with customer complaints and motivate my team of waiters and waitresses in the restaurant, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour whilst remaining friendly and approachable. I am also responsible for introducing any cosmetic changes to the restaurant and I constantly aim to improve upon the customers experience and I am aware that even the smallest of changes can make a huge difference. In addition to this I am responsible for the bar/ restaurants social media, which we use as a platform for advertising and communication with customers.

I currently tutor students from key stage 3, up to and including A level standard, in English literature. I also offer basic tutoring in English language up to GCSE standard. This requires me to plan interesting and interactive lessons specifically tailored to each students abilities and their preferred method of learning. Area Nightclub Watford

I worked on the box office till taking money for entry. However, during the day i worked alongside the UAC manager organizing change purchase orders, health and safety folders, cashing up tills and banking the money, basic administration and entering income data into spreadsheets. I also organised the till floats for two sister- nightclubs. I covered this role solo for two weeks while the manager was away on holiday.
