As Brand Manager for Education & SME at Cantium, I lead on the delivery of marketing campaigns that support both educational establishments and small to medium sized enterprises with a comprehensive range of HR, IT and Finance services. By partnering with a range of specialised agencies, we are able to to create high impact and creative marketing content that truly demonstrates Cantium’s ability to provide services that address the challenges faced by SMEs and the Education, Health, Emergency and Public Sector.At a time where schools and business owners are looking to review their strategies and re-route the journey to reach their goals, I am delighted to have the opportunity to support them. I supported the brand’s quarterly marketing campaigns through social, content and email marketing, using SEO and data analytics to optimize performance and grow brand awareness. Acting as the 'voice of Cantium', I provided all of the brand’s social media messaging, supported our growing customer base, as well as our 550+ staff as they work remotely.Previous to this, I worked for as a Senior HR Adviser within Cantium's sub-brand, EmploymentCheck. Helping to lead the team, I worked with schools and businesses to provide detailed guidance on employing best Safeguarding practices, ensuring required checks were in place for staff, and providing in depth training both face-to-face and via webinar. I was responsible for securing new business, and producing engaging and relevant content to promote our services through a number of mediums.Working as a HR Assistant within Cantium's sub-brand, Schools' Personnel Service, I used my knowledge of schools legislation and best practice requirements, working with schools and academies to effectively process their HR and payroll.
