I remember being in my first HR generalist role in 2011 and getting to connect with employees from all departments, backgrounds & job roles. That's when I knew that I loved being an HR professional and found a new passion to help others. I am currently the Human Resources Manager at Waiākea Hawaiian Volcanic Water and enjoy having the opportunity to be a resource for our team members to connect with. At Waiākea, I am currently hitting the ground running developing internal HR systems, policies and procedures that will set our company up for long-term growth, development & success! Before my role with Waiākea, I spent several years working for non-profits in Hawaii as a Community Coordinator. I loved getting to plan & execute community events, fundraisers, and awareness for programs that I still believe in to this day. I am looking forward to connecting with other HR professionals in Hawaii and growing my network of professional contacts through Linkedin.
