I supported the Hadlow Group Director of Finance & Resources during the initial concept-to-reality phase of the project, including the running of day-to-day operations prior to the appointment of the Project Director;I assisted the whole Project Team and wider consultant/contractor teams through administrative and organisational support, including coordinating all meetings, preparing reports and presentations, minuting meetings, creating and implementing effective administrative systems for the project, and handling all project enquiries and communications; I manage all project finances, from supplier invoices and contracts to multi-million-pound funding applications, including finalising and securing the largest Coastal Communities Fund award granted to any single project and all subsequent payment claims and reports;I have coordinated and successfully delivered all project events, such as the Ground Breaking Celebration whereby the Lord Lieutenant of Kent marked the beginning of construction on site, a large community event to mark the take-over of the Country Park, MP visits to the site, and the project presence at the Kent County Show in 2014 & 2015;I am the building manager for the project offices on site, which included managing tenants’ contracts, rent payments, the creation of service charge budget, and overseeing maintenance work and utilities. I arranged the initial fit-out of the project offices to a high standard within budget on site, and maximised the commercial income of the building through further refurbishments and a successful marketing strategy;I have led on independent projects such as the creation of a marketing and communications strategy for the project, including Project Initiation Document and reporting, and the coordination of the design and installation of construction site hoardings.

Assisted the National and Regional Events department during the delivery of The World's Biggest Coffee Morning.I ensured first class supporter relationships through data capture and analysis, managing supporter registrations and the campaign email inbox.Implemented customer relationship management through email, telephone and written communications and effectively handled personal thank-yous, queries and complaints.Delivered on social media including Macmillan Facebook and Twitter accountsAssembled and arranged delivery of Coffee Morning hosts' pack materials and fundraiser marketing activity to both UK and abroad. Daily activity included the use and application of databases, spread sheets, mail merging software and email marketing software.
