Call centre and face to face customer service processing and following up on all claim types for RAC. Meeting KPI’s and providing exceptional customer service in difficult circumstances.

Based in the Belmont office. Mapping and enquiries, using DFMS and DFIS, data collection,data entry using Clientele, Active8 and Chris21, general reception duties including answering phones, general customer enquiries, invoice preparation, vehicle scheduling.
