• Project a professional appearance to University guests• Provide support to the Commencement Coordinator through commencement ceremonies • Organize and produce Board of Trustees agenda materials for Board of Trustees Meetings• Maintain student employee handbook and instruct new students employees to their responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly meetings and serve as liaison between Honor’s Director and mentors to first year students• Aid in preparation of Introduction to Honors course materials for weekly class discussions• Organize and supervise 20 events for first year students, including a tour of the Capitol, Ethnic Food Tasting, and presentations on diversity related topics• Assist in Honors Program recruitment and application review
