Second Spring supports people approaching retirement to create the retirement they choose. Retirement is a big life change, raising a lot of questions and emotions. As with any unknown, taking control of exploring and understanding the impact of what retirement has to offer, and what leaving a job behind will mean in terms of purpose, identity and connection, empowers individuals to proactively shape their future.The question of how you will support yourself in retirement is a crucial one, but it’s not only about the money. Deciding on the life you want to live and understanding the financial costs of this underpins what resources you will need and whether some type of paid work is required. Taking time to explore this can present new and exciting possibilities, such as monetizing passions or skills in work once a week, month, or year.I support people to focus their vision, create a plan and implement actions to make it happen through one-to-one coaching and workshops.

Limmud trains and supports grassroots volunteer communities worldwide to deliver diverse cross-communal Jewish learning events.• Organisational oversight, staff management and recruitment, including for annual conference attended by 2,500 people• Supported Limmud Board, UK Executive and Limmud International Steering Group in the recommendation and implementation of shared and specific goals• Managed and developed fundraising relationships, application and reporting processes, securing new funding grants for volunteer development in the organisation

• Managed local government client relationships to deliver affordable housing and planning assessments throughout the project life cycle, ensuring outputs met expectations • Led stakeholder consultation processes and focus groups with vulnerable adults including homeless families and elderly adults in sheltered housing to add their voices to assessments

• Organised and facilitated a series of UK regional workshops to produce a toolkit and thematic report for public sector practitioners to be able to diagnose and tackle community conflict.
