-in charge of a warehouse and two yards with all equipment and monitoring the loading and offloading process.-responding to and dealing with customers and freight forwarders communication by email and telephone.-keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.-producing regular reports and statistics on a daily,weekly and monthly basis.-Visiting companies workshops in Dubai,Abu Dhabi and Sharjah to monitor the progress of the maintenance process on the equipment.-maintain physical conditions of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layout.-prepare invoices,packing lists and delivery advise in coordination with shipping companies nominated by clients to proceed with the rented and sold shipments.-prepare local exit and entry gate passes for the equipment entering and leaving Jebel Ali free zone.-I have attended the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference(ADIPEC) as a representative of my company for two years 2013 and 2014 respectively.
