- Managed the Fireweed Market – an eco-friendly, environmentally conscious social enterprise operated under the non-profit NEAT - Led the daily operations, logistics, sales, and marketing of the store while managing a team of 10 employees.- Built relationships with stakeholders to introduce new small businesses and local vendors at Fireweed market to promote their business. - Recruited, trained and supervised sales associates for Fireweed Market. - Created and managed marketing content for the social media pages of the store. - Designed brochures, promotional material and social media posts and assisted in the edits for the website. - Participated in weekly farmer’s market as well as several pop-up markets to increase the visibility of the store.

- Spearheaded The Shamil Initiative - a disability-inclusive social enterprise focused on providing livelihood to people with disabilities. - Led the daily operations, logistics and sales of including managing a team of 8 persons with disabilities.- Worked on the creative design and development of environmentally friendly products, such as; tote bags, laptop sleeves, keychains, Eidi pouches and lunchbox bags through consciously sourced raw material. - Led the product photography for the website and social media. - Established relationships with stakeholders to promote Shamil's business and meet potential clients. - Recruited and trained talented people with disabilities and provided them employment opportunities under Shamil. - Defined SOPs for all functions of the enterprise.- Participated in various pop-ups, exhibitions and art shows which amplified the awareness for the initiative.- Led campaigns such as ‘Khayal Rakhna’, to create awareness around covid19 and being sustainable in one’s choices.

- Supervised the NOWPDP Training Center (NTC) including the planning, direction and coordination of training sessions, resources, and activities. - Devised and implemented various strategies to improve the quality and awareness of educational programs for persons with disabilities (PWDs).- Prepared PWDs both academically and skills wise by introducing several employable trades. - Arranged feedback sessions and pre and post training surveys to measure performance and progress of the trainees. - Held meetings with PWDs and their parents regarding the training opportunities available to them.- Assisted in the planning and execution of yearly graduation ceremonies for pass out trainees. - Assisted in conducting sensitization sessions in several mainstream schools to create awareness and inclusivity for persons with disabilities. - Developed partnerships with organizations such as KDSP & Soorty Enterprises to create training opportunities for PWDs. - Developed a trainee handbook to define the SOPs for the training center.- Carried out research on inclusive education techniques, employable trades related to different disabilities and aspects of the program.
