Laytime calculations for all Mexico operated vessels -Revision/confirmation for vessel stowage plans -Daily tracking of nominated, in transit and discharging vessels at each port. Presenting estimated demurrages/despatches to all involved parties in order to work towards better results.-Close track to vessel nominations and purchase contracts in order to avoid/reduce CC's-Purchases and sales contracts position in order to have visibility if nominated grains are required or should be delayed according to customer product recalls.

-Continuous communication among customers and Veracruz port or warehouses in order to fulfill on time product deliveries-Responsible of KCSM program and tracking -Follow up to customers requirements (claims, loading orders, invoices, etc)-Responsible of elaborating and gather customers feedback for our CSAT survey

-Responsible of leading company's demand and supply planning Essential functions-Develop and execute the S&OP monthly process -Identify opportunities in order to strength the process, increase growth and cost effectiveness

Responsible for building, development and delivering projects with different grades of complexity; also responsible for organizing and directing project activities under direction of a Project Manager (PM).Essential Functions:- Attend meetings and assist with definition of project requirements in coordination with the Mexico Consultants, BNA IT and Business teams.- Assist the PM in the drafting, scheduling and issuance of project proposals.- Prepare communication charts, chair project meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.- Track the progress and quality of work being performed.- Ensure projects meets company standards, Policies and SOX Controls; also ensure all stages of the project are properly documented as support for project implementation (log issues, milestones, flow/process charts, communications, etc.)- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to team members.- Ensure project requirements are met in a timely manner.- Maintain issue and execution tracking log.- Report, track and manage changes and new requirements.- Communicate ideas for improving company processes.- Keep the Project Manager (PM) and team members about project status and issues that may impact Project implementation or scheduled Go Lives.

Responsible of:- Imports and Exports execution- Provide the custom agents all needed documentation for the imports/exports- Integrate the documentary files of the foreign trade operations according with the legal requirements.- Negotiation with domestic and foreign rails, maritime terminals, custom agents and truck transportation- Negotiation with thirdparty warehouses- Inventory control - Inventory report at EOM comparing physical inventory vs GTM vs BW - Operation and Development of logistics processes for new and current markets- Schedule shipments from origin in order to fulfill with customers contracted shipping periods- Customer service (shipment status until final reception)- Customers invocing validation- Quality claims - Assurance of all commodities shipped - Claims registration with the assurance company and follow up until its resolution- SAP contributions to improve logistics modules - Processing suppliers payment - Generation of reports for KPIs - Follow up with government entities to recieve payment for national crops programs
