-Troubleshoot clients’ issues and provide solutions on a large variety of topics, mainly on Yardi Voyager (ERP) system. The back-end support is performed by running SQL queries and SQL profilers. -Understand clients’ business needs and translate their custom requests into technical requirements for the Programming team.-Accomplish databases/web shares related tasks such as database refreshes, plugin upgrades, database and web share creation.-Develop and deliver SQL packages/data fixes.-QA: identify, replicate and report system flaws. Provide workarounds for such issues to the clients.-Have periodic calls with the clients and handle client escalations.-Subject Matter Expert and trainer on Service Charge functionality.

I had the same responsibilities as my current position, and in addition I’ve also accomplished:-Implement DAS (Data Aggregation Services) product.-Liaise with the development team to fix DAS product faults and enhance the product based on client’s business requirements. -Deliver DAS training to the client on site. -Obtain certification for Yardi Voyager that proved it was compliant with the country regulation in Italy.-QA and regression testing for ETL (Extract Transform Load) and DAS.-Mentor for new team members.-Be part of data migration projects from different systems to Voyager.-Build accounting system for major client from UK by importing different data types with ETL tool and maintain the relationship with the data providers.-Trainer on ETL.
