Functional accountabilities:★ Responsible for the day-to-day activities related to the Treasury functions.★ Update & upload the daily rates for foreign exchange operations, cash management.★ Download and Upload the Bank Statements to Oracle Fusion.★ Auto and Manual daily Reconciliations.★ Maintains cash flow, actual and forecast sales.★ Investigate reasons for unreconciled transactions and make reconciliation adjustment JV entries.★ Ensuring the accuracy of accounting entry is reflected in the financial reporting and Trail Banance.★ Extract the summary reports from Oracle such like: Cash to GL, CIT, Account Analysis and Bank statement.★ Understand and manages appropriate procedures and processes around month-end and quarter-close activity.★ Ensures policies and procedures related to the treasury function meet the organization’s objectives, needs and regulatory requirements.
