Within the Inditex Company I work as a cashier/sales associate at ZARA. ZARA is a fast-paced environment and always keeps me on my feet. Over the course of my time spent here I have had daily encounters with customers, providing them the wonderful 'customer experience'; showing patience, empathy, and attending to their needs. I love going above and beyond to ensure that our customers leave the store satisfied. I happily assist customers with transactions (sales and returns), picking out outfits for a night out or the perfect birthday gift, customers with disabilities, youth, and children, you name it!

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet with a student from the University of Guelph Humber and help them start their fitness and nutrition journey. This client wanted to restart their active lifestyle, eat more healthy, and work towards a lean body physique. In our initial assessment we tested for baseline muscular strength and endurance. I created a meal plan suggestion for this client based on his daily life, access, and nutritional needs. We then hit the gym where I prescribed exercises to work on his full body, since he just started getting back into fitness we started off with lower loads and high reps to get hit body used to the new demands. We worked together for around three months and built a professional relationship and I helped him start his fitness journey.

Within my role at S&P Data I answered customers questions and resolved issues over the telephone. I provided customers important information about their accounts with the company and assisted in any way that I could have.After this role I was given the opportunity to switch over to the sales department. I started to make calls out to client using sales tactics in order for them to upgrade their devices. I then guided them through the process on how to do so over the telephone. During these roles I learned what it meant to build rapport with customers and engage in communication via phone.
