ARTTIC is the leading European group providing project management and funding consultancy to research groups carrying out collaborative research projects within European framework programs. At ARTTIC I managed complex multinational research projects,, including the MacSpace project alongside Ramon Chips, now Ramon Space, who used the project to help their development of the RC64 - a high speed parallel processor chip to enable high speed computations in space

Part of the team helping the Training and Development Agency (the non-governmental organisation supporting the Ministry of Education) carry out changes to national education policies. I led projects relating to communication and engagement of various stakeholder groups and created communication kits and training materials that were distributed nationally in the UK.

Key role in the organising the national dimension of a secondary schools' programme aimed at raising attainment through supporting school-to-school partnerships. Over 1,100 schools are organised over 205 local partnerships and are working on developing and sharing innovative best practice focused on specific challenges that they are facing. My role focused on building the engagement of the national stakeholder team; program development and the design and delivery of effective events of various sizes, from 20 attendees to 2,000.

In six years at KPMG Consulting I progressed through a number of interesting roles, from a Business Development Consulting for the new, cutting edge Business Transformation Unit focused on C-level executives of leading companies in the UK; to a strategic marketing consultant in the Strategy, Economics and Marketing Group and latterly as a Manager in the consumer markets strategy group. In this time I worked on a variety of strategy and marketing assignments in the UK as well as on a number of pan-European, large-scale change programmes in Europe for global pharmaceutical companies (GSK, Aventis, HMR)
