Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Understanding Customer Needs: Assessing and analyzing customers' network and security requirements by engaging with them to understand their business goals, technical challenges, and pain points.- Solution Design: Collaborating with the sales team and other stakeholders to design network and security solutions that meet the customer's requirements and align with industry best practices.- Technical Presentations: Delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the benefits and features of the proposed network and security solutions.- Proposal Development: Creating comprehensive proposals that outline the recommended network and security solutions, including detailed specifications, pricing, and implementation plans.- Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Testing: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of proof-of-concept tests to validate the effectiveness and performance of the proposed solutions.- Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including solution architectures, deployment diagrams, configuration guides, and project deliverables.- Vendor Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with network and security vendors to stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and industry trends.- Collaboration with Engineers: Collaborating with network and security engineers to ensure smooth implementation and migration of proposed solutions, providing technical guidance and support when necessary

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Managing a team of network and system engineers- Ensuring internal tech team is well equipped, trained and prepared for necessary deployments- Perform and execute necessary backup & disaster recovery solutions for internal and clients- In addition to network and security deployments, other responsibilities include server, storage, backup and cloud solutions- Perform Pre-Sales pitch, presentations and Proof of Concepts on company's services, incoming and on-going deployments and projects.- Prepare necessary product presentation decks for company services, project references, project requirements, etc. - Analyze and implement necessary network, security and system solutions- Support new and existing solutions while primarily focusing on network and security implementations- To ensure all work carried out on assigned projects are handled in accordance with the relative work instructions and project requirements in network, security and system engineering- To liaise with clients in preparation and submission of proposals, quotations or tenders- Manage project technical issues, equipment selection and budget- Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors- Ensure projects are done according to the contract requirements, specifications and on time

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Lead projects involving new implementation, network & firewall migration, hardware installation, etc.- Support security product/solution including firewall, VPN, Web/Email Security, DLP, Endpoint Security, backup/disaster recovery, and etc- Perform Proof-Of-Concept which includes gathering user requirement, implementation and presentation- Provide Security related deployment and implementation projects- Liaise closely with Sales team to propose solution for new clients or new projects- Manage project/solution implementation, in coordination with vendors and cross-functional team members to have the network implemented on time.- Manage planned maintenance activities; generate monthly reports for management and customers in regards to system availability, service level agreement, uptime and etc.- Carry out post outages investigation and communicate with stake holders to find out the root causes- Perform system configuration and testing, end-to-end integration testing and interoperability test with operators and/or customers.- Perform configurations and testing on network hardware such as Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Ruijie, Aruba, etc.
