As a Help Desk Technician at Hadid Sirjan, a leading steel company in Iran, I provide technical support and troubleshooting for the company's IT systems and network. I have earned two certifications in MCSA: Windows 10 and CompTIA Network+, demonstrating my skills and knowledge in computer networking and Windows operating systems. I am also pursuing a degree in Information Technology at MFT, where I have completed three courses so far. Before joining Hadid Sirjan in 2022, I worked as a Medical Representative at Zistdaru Danesh, a pharmaceutical company, and as a Salesperson at Shirin Asal Food Industrial Group, a food production company. In these roles, I developed my communication, customer service, and sales skills, as well as my knowledge of the health and food industries.
