-Learning more about the in-depth manufacturing process of precision machining parts and components.-Assurance the quality inspection as well as loading & unloading products into the cnc tapping center machine.-Handling machine setup take the lot from the new lot place then look at the code on the lot part number must be the same as the program set in the machine monitor.-Alerts by listen to all instructions and obedient all tasks given by machinist.-Always refer to and ask for help from everything that is lacking when running a CNC machine.-Be a Responsibility for material preparation, checking, CNC programming & Operate CNC machines in accurately.-Do a inspection and checks the finished products according to customers specifications.-Responsibility carry out machine maintenance as per Weekly, Monthly & Half Yearly Machine Maintenance Record/Checklist.-It is very necessary to fulfill and fill-up the MO Traveler & Daily Report.

-Supported manufacturing line operations and production process. -My responsibility in this job is to check the condition of the micro-chip product before it shipped out.-Check Micro-Chip on SBT machine & Burn In into oven section to activate the chips that are in the bids board.-Carrying of materials to load and unload for machines processing.-Manning of multiple machines accurately & Organize own workstations and ensuring 6S method.-Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily duties.-Following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/safety protocols.-Use accurate lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically manner.-Monitoring and awareness of equipment performance discrepancies with timely communication to your Supervisor.
