I help people have healthier conversations about money and learn how to manage their financial life with clarity of purpose, control of their future, and peace of mind. • Providing speaking, coaching, and consulting services to non-profit organizations, entrepreneurship incubators, and financial institutions seeking to provide financial wellness programming to their employees.• Developing and delivering financial literacy curriculum with instructional design tailored to each unique audience.• Educating the public about financial literacy and wellness promotion through social media, interviews, and podcasts.

Mind Over Money empowers individuals and communities to flourish through accessible, relevant, and research-informed financial education, meaningful engagement to promote financial well-being and behavior change, while fostering a campus culture of healthy conversations around personal finance. • Leading team of 38 volunteer financial wellness coaches with 6 student staff, while managing program budget of ~$500k, promoting financial wellness education and support for students, alumni, and early career professionals. • Improving operations of coaching program, building a new website, and enhancing data stewardship for program efficiency and impact measurement around financial health promotion. • Advising and collaborating with FinTech entrepreneurs, corporate donors, and cross-campus partners developing interventions and products that promote financial well-being and decision-making. • Building strong relationships and partnerships with student groups, schools, departments, and external organizations for effective outreach, event planning, and knowledge-sharing around financial literacy and wellness promotion.

• Established and managed UB's first Financial Wellness Program through the Health Promotion Office and AmeriCorps. • Provided one-on-one and group financial wellness coaching services to UB’s 30,000+ students. • Organized and delivered in-person and virtual financial wellness education events and seminars. • Evaluated students' needs and outcomes through data collection on financial health, literacy, self-efficacy, and stress.

WEDI’s Economic Development program provides multi-faceted support to aspiring and early-career entrepreneurs, helping them gain access to capital and resources, address challenges, and incubate concepts. ED offers two programs available to underserved residents of all races, ethnicities, and genders: Microloans (modest loans to entrepreneurs) and the West Side Bazaar (a small business incubator and community gathering space)• Presented to and trained WEDI's staff and board of directors on the integration of Financial Social Work practices, offering immigrant/refugee small business owners financial education and wellness support for managing personal finances.• Researched scams and predatory lending practices in Western New York, educating the public to protect consumers.• Created an online map of trusted local lenders and partner agencies that offer non-predatory business and consumer loans.

The Homeless Alliance of WNY (HAWNY) facilitates dialogue and strategic action to end homelessness.HAWNY is the lead agency for both the Continuum of Care (CoC) and the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) in Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Erie, Niagara, Genesee, Wyoming and Orleans Counties. While we do not offer direct services of our own, our work fosters collaboration in the community to implement best-practice models ensuring everyone has a home. We are the data nerds of the WNY homelessness alleviation community, offering technical assistance and a bird's eye view.• Supporting $3.5 million grant proposal with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)• Presented to Continuum of Care providers on HUD's Equal Access Rule and best practices for serving LGBTQ+ clients.• Facilitated the Youth Action Board, consisting of young adults with lived experiences of homelessness, to develop creative solutions for ending youth homelessness in WNY.
