Deputy General Counsel
CurrentI am a dynamic, experienced, international corporate and data privacy lawyer with multiple legal roles answering alongside our other Deputy General Counsel to the Chief Legal Officer of Tenth Revolution Group. In my global capacity across all brands, I serve as the head of global legal on data privacy matters and as a member of the Data Privacy Working Committee, answering to the Chief Information Officer and Chief Legal Officer on internal and external data privacy matters throughout North America, United Kingdom, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Australia, Singapore, and Japan, including negotiating data protection agreements (including onward transfers) and policies in consultation with the Privacy Department. In North America, I advise the firm’s Frank Recruitment Group IT recruitment brands, Revolent Group IT talent creation and consulting brand, and Rebura AWS consulting brand in matters such as negotiating and drafting client contracts (including for some of the largest companies in the world), responding to and prosecuting legal disputes (including first-party collections, small claims court representations, and managing external counsel), employment matters, company policy, immigration, compliance, corporate administration, corporate secretarial matters, and other issues impacting the firm at large. I also facilitate intra-company departmental communication for strategic issues and assist with management of the company’s U.S. legal help desk contract drafting specialists when required.
